"Room was clean and spacious, beds were very comfy, wish the bathroom had a door separating the toilet from the rest of the bathroom, but we managed. Plenty of elevators, indoor pool was pretty cool, lifeguard on site, range from 3’-8’ I believe. Did not use the gym, so I cannot comment on that. But overall, would definitely recommend."

"The Golden Nugget is doing a fantastic job at presenting a superior stay in South Lake Tahoe. I am extremely hopeful for the completion of all the renovations that they are presently doing. The location, casino, cafes, are AWESOME !!!"

"The staff was amazing, they took time time to listen to me and tried to accommodate anything we needed. If your looking for a stuffy impersonal chain resort the coachman hotel probably isn't for you. If your looking for a place that makes you feel welcome like your staying at a good friend's house with new acquaintances that drop in the coachman is for you. We loved the location, good complimentary coffee, nightly s'mores, bicycles, and fast e car charging. Probably one of the best vacation stays We can remember. Thank you Coachman hotel."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. They didn’t mind that my family and I played charades (with two kids under 10) laughing and giggling in the main checkin area. We also enjoyed every consumable product in the room - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, etc. It was all high quality. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The walk to both the beach and the shopping area at Heavenly were easy and convenient. We especially loved the s’mores around the firepit and the picnic area with corn hole! We will definitely stay here again. "

"Since it was located next to the lake, it was easily accessible, and it was nice to get around without driving because there were convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The downside was that there was no parking lot, so it was inconvenient to have to use valet parking."
