"Owner was in contact straight with a very extensive information package running to several pages. He also contacted us by TELEPHONE directly from the USA! The booklet emphasised the wooden floors (several times) as also he did (several times) which was a tad OTT (or maybe just tor us standoffish Brits). "We had our daughters christening here and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Tara from reception was so kind and friendly, my 3 year old loved her, she kept wanting to back to the reception. The rooms were clean and spacious, there was an issue with the shower—it wasn’t providing hot water at the time of the stay. However, this problem was outweighed by our positive experience with the staff, who were so kind and welcoming. Overall experience was good because of the staff's friendliness"
