"Room was great since it has easy access to the kids pool. Amenities provided was good. But the room especially the toilet was rather small. Facilities provided is good. Breakfast was average. The restaurant was indeed spacious but they might need to consider to open two buffet line instead of one to cater the crowd/ guests. "Was disappointed that the rooms were pretty run down. Our room has torn carpet and smell of damp carpet. The floor near door which i believed to be above the AC outlet for the room below was causing condensation. Thus, pretty slippery. Minimjm amenities. However, the hotel was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite. The front desk service was friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was good. "
