"last minute booking… what a surprise! Beautiful hotel and location, excellent service. Some of the hotel is a bit dated but was nostalgic for me. Kinda like Hawaii 5-0 old series feel. The view was incredible!!!! Will be back when the wisteria is in bloom across the street as well as to enjoy the beach! "

"A self contained house is a delight after hotel hopping around Japan. We arrived for a 2 night stay on way to the art islands. Brett and Sayako have created a lovely retreat for travellers with a Japanese themed decor within the frame of an Aussie beach house ...that is what it reminded of. They have provided all the amenities you need - wonderful western bed, kitchen with coffee machine and all cooking utensils, great hot shower , BOSE music player and spaces to relax and enjoy the Japanese...
