"Our electricity kept going out, we asked for a new - and upgraded - room, as shown as available on hotels.com. They said, those pictures are out of date, they are from before renovations. Who did the renovations, Mickey freaking Mouse? Because it looked like a rat chewed through half of our room. We couldn't even call room service because the 1920's phone kept dislocating. Summary: extortion of price for mediocre place. "

"It is a great experience. We ENJOYed ourselves as much as any other hotel at the Dead Sea, including the more expensive ones. We particularly liked the spa's salt water pool that is both inside and outside. The food is excellent and has good quality. We loved the automatic towel machines. The downsides were mostly minor. "The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very nice but needs some repairs in public areas. There was a restroom by the main desk which had a broken faucet. They also need to provide more public restrooms for guests because there were none by the pool and only the one by the main desk. It’s not reasonable to think everyone should walk back to their room to use the bathroom if they are relaxing in the main area. "
