"Our stay at Warrenbayne Cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Only 20mins out of Benalla, we were far enough away from town to feel quite serene, but with everything we needed at our fingertips. With a brilliant sized securely fenced block of land, our dogs had all the room in the world and two very friendly and tolerable Greyhounds to run around and enjoy themselves with. Mandy was an amazing host, we'll definitely be back again!!"

"This is a very well designed townhouse, with spacious bedrooms, ample storage, well appointed, attractive and functional throughout. "We loved our stay in this property. All the rooms were super clean and the house was very spacious. We also loved the little extra touches such as the breakfast provisions. Rod was very easy to deal with and our only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer!"

"Overall the house was satisfying. Only the price was a bit expensive. It was stated maximum of 12 person sleeps. We have paid the house base on what have been stated online. When i declare that we will be 11+1 infant, there were additional $800++ extra to pay. I have contacted the host & he said the price is based on how many people were staying. So im a bit confused as it was stated for 12person stay. I thought that the price was based on per house per stay but it based on per person per stay."

Despite booking it and taking the entire amount of money to stay, I was informed on the day of check in by me contacting the owner that this property is not available leaving us with no where to stay and disappointing my family. This listing should not have been up on stayz worst experience and very stressful Absolutely disgraceful "

"Our kids were playing a tennis tournament at Shepparton Lawn Tennis Club and the location of the apartment was therefore ideal. Having three toilets and two showers was also very convenient given we had three tennis players (including two teenagers) travelling with us. We would have loved to have a little more cookware to prepare our own meals but the accommodation was otherwise tidy, neat and as described in the ad."

"Our booking for this property was made in February 2024, on the morning of our check in after attempting to find out where to collect our key, we were notified that this property was double booked. We had soccer competitions this weekend and everything Shepparton was booked out. No notification in advance, no email and no call. Absolutely terrible!"

"The property is lovely- very clean and the furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped so you just need to bring food The atmosphere is all about relaxing and enjoying the countryside. We were 4 adults and 3 grandchildren under 8. There was plenty to keep the kids happy with games and books as well as the large enclosed yard with trees, cows nearby and a swing! All in all our 3 nights were so much fun"

"Dated 80's style double story brick property which was well located on the end of the 18th hole. Serviced daily by friendly staff who were happy to assist with any requests. Golf club has meals on weekends and bar is open till ariund 6.00pm daily. Rooms were clean with tea, coffee and microwave and toaster. Crockery and cutlery also supplied. We stated for 6 days and enjoyed our stay. Its a little way out of own so a car is a must, although I did see some bus stops in the area. Uber is about $20 to get into Shepperton itself if needed. Highly recommend this motel if you are sick of hearing traffic noise or looking at a car park out your window."
