This resort is open after the Hurricanes! After a day of vacationing, work, or convention meetings relax in this lovely waterfront beachy chic waterfront condo on Rocky Point. View the beautiful sunsets, pool, and Fitness Island from your private balcony Close to the elevator for easy access to parking, pool, and other amenities. A charming place to relax in, with its' bohemian flare this space makes you feel home away from home. The living room is cozy with a flat screen TV. With a fully equipped kitchen you are able to prepare home-cooked meals or enjoy one the many restaurants in the area. King size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa provide ample sleeping space for a party of four. All linens included.
Located on Rocky Point with views of the expansive Tampa Bay in a resort like setting. Amenities include Geothermal-heated Swimming Pool, sandy beach, charcoal grills, sun deck, fishing pier, outdoor fitness area, full-sized beach volleyball court, 24 hr security. We also have a poolside restaurant/bar called Pearly's Beach Eats serving a blend of Mexican, American and seafood appetizers and entrees along with beverages (non-alcohol and adult). It is opened from 7am to 10pm and offers dining by the pool and room service.
The Sailport grounds are unlike any other in the city of Tampa. This is the only all-waterfront resort in the city limits. Typically someone has to drive 30-40 minutes to the Gulf to find such a tropical, relaxing, beach atmosphere. Sailport provides the best of both worlds for people who want to be in Tampa, but still desire the feel of the famous Gulf beaches. This is truly one of Tampa's best hidden gems.
Central, Convenient and Beachy. Only minutes from Tampa International Airport, close to Clearwater/St. Petersburg airport, Westshore and downtown areas, and the International Plaza. In town for sports or entertainment? This location is less than 15 minutes from Raymond James Stadium and George M. Steinbrenner Field. It is also about 20 minutes from Amalie Arena to catch a Tampa Bay Lightning hockey game or concert. Also Philadelphia Phillies' Bright House Field is less than 20 minutes using the neighboring Courtney Campbell Causeway.
This resort is the only area in the city of Tampa that feels like you are in the Gulf of Mexico. It's also walking distance to many great restaurants and bars like the Rusty Pelican, Whiskey Joes, Beach Bar, and Bahama Breeze.

Concert stay
We stayed for Kenny Chesney concert at Raymond James. The property is adorable! Very clean and quiet. Close to the stadium. The owner was super nice and accommodating when I had to rearrange due to a scheduling conflict for one of my kids. We definitely will stay again when we can stay longer next time!

Your location was great for our needs. But, I just wanted to tell you that I was extremely disappointed upon arrival to find the condo unclean, along with the lock not working. After the cleaning crew arrived and left, the tub still had hair under the tub mat. The toilet paper is 1 ply, and for what we pay, you sure could afford more than that. You provided personal care items like the lotion was open and almost empty. The tub drain is extremely slow, which indicates a blockage in drain somewhere. The dishwasher was extremely loud upon running. We have rented numerous places and have been renters ourselves. But being aware of the condo care is basic up keep and should be tracked to assure your guest stay is stress free.

Condo was great for a quick weekend to visit University of Tampa. Great location to St Pete & Downtown Tampa. Condo was clean, has all necessities we needed for the weekend. Host was great, called me at check in as our keypad access didn’t work and got us into condo immediately. No issues whatsoever. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for a wedding in town.
Great pool and sundeck, along with some sandy beach area to lay out if not interested in driving to a nearby beach. Awesome pool side cafe and bar. Since we had already incurred travel and other expenses to attend this wedding, I personally would have like a bit more kitchen storage containers to cook and store food since we did not eat out every. But no complaints overall.

Great place to stay
This place was great. They are on the water. There is a wonderful heated pool. With a great little bar and grill right there by the pool. They also have a fire pit by the water. There is not a beach front that you can go swimming in bay, there on the property. The unit was wonderful, clean, well stocked with everything you need to do your own cooking. Also we loved the ice maker in the frig. We would definitely be back.

Location is awesome
Close to St Pete and Clearwater, minutes from Downtown, pool with a bar/grill and all while right next to the bay. Saw dolphins and rays on most days we were there. Property is a bit older but well maintained and fir our needs 100%.

FANTASTIC PLACE
The place was in great location, right off the water and also pool view. Easy to find. Everyone was super helpful. Christine was great. The place is a little small but we didn't feel cramped. Nice touches throughout. Comfortable bed. We had everything we needed except oven which i didn't know but we didn't care because we were there to enjoy the game and relax!

We had a wonderful stay. This property is located inside of a hotel, the front desk would not offer us any help because we were not guess of the “hotel”, he was actually very rude when I asked where I could locate security to receive a parking pass. Beside that minor issue, the place was perfect for myself and two children. We enjoyed the gulf! Thanks
