I really wanted to like this stay. I came in expecting comfort, but instead, I found frustration—$4 for coffee, no complimentary breakfast, $3 for a water bottle, a broken elevator that forced us to use the service one which took forever to come and even the ice machine was out of order. It felt like a series of little disappointments stacking on top of each other.

What was a bit alarming was that of 3 elevators only 1 functioned. Lights of that elevator flickered. Simply, quite costly of a stay, I wouldn't expect this.

The shower was not tempered for shower reported twice. Then did not clean room one day, I asked for the next day, they still didn’t clean my room. Then the refrigerator was broken, front office said we would move me, I ask for a cart , they said they don’t have one.

Old & in needed of major repairs, but nice staff. As soon as we got to our room, the floor was flooded and water was dripping from the ceiling by the bathroom. They moved us rooms and the tv remote didn’t work in that one. They said they’d send someone up “shortly” to fix it, two hours later I went downstairs to check if we could get a new remote. We chose this hotel mainly for the airport shuttle. After waiting 40 mins outside after being told the shuttle will be here in “5 more minutes”, we ended up getting an Uber. The color of the pool is a bright unnatural hazy green color, so we didn’t use that either. Overall, the staff was super nice and tried to be as helpful as possible, but the place needs a total reno before we’d ever stay there again.

Our bartender was awesome, but the overall atmosphere wasn’t that great, the siding doors squeaked as you walked in all it needed with some WD-40 and broken fixtures like the toilet paper holder in our room just seemed cheap and there was no complementary coffee or anything they were even out of things that you could buy for necessities. The shuttle service was great and that was probably the best thing about the stay. Also, no receipt was emailed and I believe I was overcharged.
