Was there for 3 nights. Their 'express service' , which was never explained, doesnt make the beds. Which is fine but for extended stays it would have been appreciated. Requested the service but still was unmade. Simply too pricey for what you get. Will choose another place next time.

Expedia put my family in danger. Gave us a confirmation, took our money, and no room at this place. They said Expedia overbooked. Took us all day to find some places to stay and had to drive three hours south to Fort Myers right at tornado zone. something needs to be done. We plan to do something about it and definitely get the word out and say something about it.

We had an excellent stay for a wedding we were attending. Many of us were able to gather around the bar area which was quite accommodating. Rooms were cozy and comfortable. I would stay there again when in town.

The entrance area was lovely and the room was perfect. The shower was low-flow, but only a mild inconvenience. The staff was polite, professional, and friendly. The whole hotel was kept clean and shopping and dining was moments away. Overall a great experience!

Had to check in at 12 midnight was on a carnival cruise for 8 days due to stormed. Booked room at 9am couldn’t get off ship till midnight. They held my reservations and was extremely kind. I will stay here only next time in Tampa
