"Phenomenal location, walking distance from the train station and Nokia arena. Used the Hotel. The room was good for the price paid. Sadly requested the room service but it didn't happen. The reception staff were friendly and educational, and taught us a few common phrases. The bathroom had great water pressure and heat, and the wet room drainage was sufficient. Beds were soft and duvets were insulating."

However, despite I called the day before and confirmed I could store my bag when I arrive early, when I got to the hotel, the intercom respondent said no. And it also disconnected three times before I gave up and went back to the station to use the locker.
