El hotel se miraba bien ,las camas estaban duras como piedras. Si vas a recervar una habitacion 2ble que se supone que son para 4 personas asegurate de registrar a las cuatro personas si no te quieren cobrar $200 mas si no los registras y solo pides la abitacion incluyendo los niños de 11 años los toman como adultos pero para el desayuno no los quieres tomar como adultos y dicen que los niños no estan incluidos en el desayuno osea se contradisen segun su conveniencia. El desayuno estaba rico pero donde me trajeron las tortillas traiba una cuaracha dentro y al dia siguiente debajo de la mesa salto otra cu aracha asi nuestra mesa. Necesitan urgentemente fumigar. Pedi ala camarera 1 shampum mas de los k po en en el cuarto por que solo ponen 2 y se molesto dijo que ya abia puesto osea. O te dan extra y eso k estas pagando por 4 personas deberian entonses poner por las 4 si exigen pago.

Mala opción

Pésimo, reservé una habitación “cuádruple” y al llegar me dijeron que en la reserva solo decía para 2 adultos, pagué 200MXN por los otros 2. Hasta ahí no había ido tan mal, ya que lo entendí. El cuarto olía súper mal, cama muy dura, el baño y la regadera descuidados. Deberían darle mantenimiento. No había rollo. No había TV por cable, llamé a recepción al rededor de 3 veces para solicitar la clave de internet y nunca respondieron. No vuelvo.

-Las condiciones del hotel van de acuerdo al costo. -El problema no es que el hotel sea viejo sino que cosas como el hecho de que no haya agua caliente en las duchas o que no funcione adecuadamente el sistema d cable de la TV generan incomodidad en la visita. -Adicional, en la pagina agregan que la estadía incluye desayuno y al hacer check-in nos comentaron que no incluye desayuno. Tampoco es un gran problema pero seria bueno mejorar la comunicacion entre la pagina y el hotel, par saber exactamente que es lo que uno se espera al llegar.
