There are no place to eat in the hotel also no restaurant in walking distance. Service was very poor. I have to call taxi myself. they dont call taxi for you.
Hotel.com should take off this hotel from list.
Hoitel itself are nice and clean.
Amazing experience in this hotel. Stunning landscape from balcony and tasty Breakfast. Only a little rigid on internal procedure (ex breakfast slot and flexibility on it if you must depart earlier but experience it was excellent.

Our room smelled like cigarette, likely because it's just above the smoking floor. They were eventually able to move us to a higher floor which didn't have the same problem
The hotel rooms are facing the Pacific, the famous white sand beach and the public beach hot spring, very convenient. There are five hot spring tubs in the hotel, very relaxing to enjoy the hot springs inside the hotel. The only complaint is the room is so hot, we sweated even without the quilt. Anyway it is a nice hotel and friendly for families with young kids.
Wonderful stay. It wasn’t crowded when we stayed so it was quiet and peaceful. Great service. The breakfast buffet has sufficient variety and were delicious. The onsen is big with 3-4 pools including one outdoors. The quad room with 2 beds and 2 futons was a comfortable size. U
You get to choose your own Yukata and drinks from the lobby.
I was really displeased with this hotel overall. It looks much nicer in photos than it actually is. It is also not properly described in Expedia. I booked a Japanese Bedroom because it looked very pretty. I discovered that the room did not have a shower. On the Expedia info site there is clearly an icon for shower and it says bathroom. This was a huge problem and the staff was not willing to help at first. They also told me there was an additional fee to use the pool and it could only be used from 9am to 12pm! This was not mentioned anywhere on the Expedia booking page. I was very upset but the pool did not look nice. There are public showers in the Onsen but they require you to be naked in public which is not something I can or will do. Finally after we had already checked in unpacked in our room, a staff member told me they had a room with a shower become avaliable. He did not offer to help move my bags or anything so I got a cart, repacked my bags, and moved from the 10th floor to the 4th floor. The room was old, grungy, and there was obvious water damage and a foul smell in the bathroom. But at that point I was not going to complain. We were only there two nights so I decided to deal with the room. There was a balcony with a fantasitic view of the beach but no chairs. The breakfast was good. A few of the people working the desk were very kind, one arranged a taxi for me. Hotel is a long uphill walk from beach but there is a bus stop close. Not many restaurants close.
There are onky 2 good things about this hotel, thr view, and that it's located opposite a good resort where we spent our time. The hotel felt vacant and while thr lobby was moderately impressive our room was dated with damaged fixures and had clearly been used by a smoker before us despite being assured it was non smoking. When we told the hotel staff they offered us a deoderizing spray and nothing more. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. We had a lovely balcony but no chairs to sit on. Asking abiut breakfast they told us that no spaces were available despite the hotel appearing absolutely vacant. Perhaps thr most insulting was asking to use the pool to be told it would cost approx 10 USD for an area that was substandard and no cover from thr sun. Ultimately very disappointing and not worthy of its rating
