They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation. My gratitude goes to the hotel staff. Thank you."

"The hotel is in a GREAT place. It’s a ten minute walk to the train station and metro, it’s right along the river with beautiful views. If you walk over the bridge you are right next to a huge mall and shopping area. I think the customer service is lacking. The cleaning staff is lazy.
