"Nice hotel, convenient location in the new part of town. Lovely beach across the street. Make sure you book a room with sea view. You will not be disappointed. You can even see the Spanish coastline (Tenerife) in the distance from your room. Too bad the hotel pool wasn’t open. I was there in January and had the pool been open, cleaned and heated I would have definitely used it. But I understand that it was winter temperatures in Morocco. For me as a Canadian it was like Spring. "

"Property was beautiful, and the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was also great. Offers one of the best views in Tangier. One complaint was that the staff were rude for no apparent reason. For a hotel this grandiose and with this history, my partner and I were repeatedly surprised by how cold and unwelcoming the lobby staff were."

"The most magical place — El Minzah is an institution! The architecture and atmosphere retains the old Hollywood charm of El Minzah’s 1930s and 40s heyday. Service is impeccable and staff are extremely kind. We were lucky to be here for New Year’s Eve and there was a party for guests (included with the rooms) complete with four-course feast, champagne, Moroccan drumline, and flamenco until the early hours. Our new favorite place in Morocco!"

"Location is excellent ! In the heart of the medina, right next to cafe tangis. The staff was so lovely and hospitalable, and vsry attentive. The room was great, clean and extremely comfortable and quite. Breakfast was grear in the hostel restaurant that has a beautiful view of the sunrise and over the marina. Defintely recommended and will be coming back."
