"Went to go use one of the elevators to the parking garage and someone or an animal had defecated in the elevator and as soon as I turned around the staff desk said yep we know we have somebody coming to clean it up so hotel service was very friendly and quick. "I checked in and the jr suite I had reserved was dusty like literal dust upon everything.. it did take two rooms until we got to the third for a good one but this was after I got in touch with the manager (Amira) on duty she was very very helpful and it was definitely worth my stay I enjoyed myself"
