I messaged the owner via Facebook days before we arrived, I received facebook response but mention of the room already being occupied. I called before we arrived twice...the only feedback I got was the ro wasn't available. He never even called or emailed me. "We had the most amazing time here, from the minute we landed at the airport everything was perfect. Daniel and his family are wonderful people and organised everything we needed, transport from/to airport, tours and food. The location is truly authentic in a village and you could see the volcanos glow from our room."
