Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this new fully furnished, 1_bedroom/_1bath _home The24x16 bedroom (upstairs) has a king size bed, full size futon(sleeps two),and a queen size Sleeps number bed. Sleeps 6 guests. Downstairs is a small kitchen/dining area, and a full size bathroom with tub/shower. Very private. no neighbors, no streetlights. Excellent stargazing. New hot tub and deck installed Dec 2023 Only a mile from Taos Mesa Brewpub(best music venue in northern NM) Only thirty minutes to world renowned Taos Ski Valley. Only a few miles to black rock hot springs . 2 1/2 acre lot.

In the middle of nowhere, yet super close to town! Stayed for a show at Taos Mesa Mothership, which was a quick couple minute drive to the venue. House was very clean. Was very excited about the great surround sound system throughout the house! Could be heard through all the rooms! Will definitely book again.

Great glamping stay
It wasn’t as close to the sand dunes as we thought but it’s still close enough and it didn’t disappoint. My kids loved exploring the sand dunes nearby. The natural parks and hiking spots nearby were great too. And they loved the tent and free s’mores. We had a great time.

Convenient location, great hot tub
Perfect little place to stay. House was big enough for us to work, cook, sleep, and relax in. Very short distance down Tune Dr so highway access was easy, only 3min from Taos Mesa Brewing which was a nice way to spend afternoons. The hot tub is perfect and may be the best residential hot tub I've used. Star gazing from it at night was a wonderful way to end the day.

Simple getaway
House was small and simple, but perfect for a ski trip where we were at the mountain most of the day! Major plus, was being able to bring our dog along and having plenty of yard space. Area was beautiful - 30 min to slopes, 15 min to town.

Great place, close to everything- VALUE
We were close to everything and far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Took us 5-7 mins to get to town and enjoy the local restaurants. Skiing and tubing were a 20-30 minute drive and there were many options. The house was clean and we had no issues. This was an awesome vacation for our family of 6.

Beautiful property
Great house. I stayed with my boyfriend and one small dog. The pet fee was very reasonable and I really appreciate that. My little dog had diabetes and I do not want to leave her difficult schedule with anyone. So this was a perfect spot. Really loved catching the sun rise and sunset.

Excellent stay, not disability friendly
This was an amazing property. It’s very rural, quiet, the owner is excellent and very accommodating. I did have an issue with my mom stay with me who has mobility issues. The stairs are steep and numerous and there isn’t a bathroom on the floor with the bedrooms so it wasn’t accessible. But overall, I would recommend to anyone who is in the area and had transportation and is able bodied.

Quiet and quaint getaway outside of Taos
This was a great place to stay just outside Taos. The location puts you a few minutes outside of town and off the highway. The house is small but cozy, and suitable for 2-3 people. The smart door combo made checking in, leaving for the day, and check out stress free. My husband and I enjoyed the swamp cooler and some provided board games during a hot afternoon. The best part about this place is the sweeping views of the mesa from the windows on the top floor, where you can watch the sunset from 3 different directions. We were able to leave the windows open all night to keep the house cool, and did not hear a sound. The king sized bed is very comfy and we felt right at home. You'll find serious solitude out here.

Great stay for 4 nights, 2 adults, 2 teens, 2 dogs one large and one medium. Quiet, cozy, warm, down a dirt road on the highway to Rio Grande gorge bridge. Faster to Taos Ski than any of the places we have stayed in town. The living space is all upstairs. Ample closet for hanging ski gear to dry. Nice modern warm bathroom downstairs, spacious with excellent shower. One caveat is the fridge is not full size, and no freezer except room for 2 ice trays. Large dining table for general use and family dinners. No washer/dryer.
