The premise facilities and amenities available on theme are not consistent with that described on the website. For instance the jacuzzi pool is not functional but making no notes in advance to the attention for those guests who wanted to have a relaxed aqua therapy after an intensive physical exercise. 只能說好評的部份是服務人員超好的，服務一級棒，從一開始的櫃台服務到客房服務，都很棒。所以好的評價是服務人員，設備問題有立即得到改善，服務人員很客氣，聲音也很柔和，讓客人覺得倍受尊重。 廁所的味道沒辦法去除，忍了一晚的臭味，這部份是最大的敗筆，建議房務員該好好徹底的刷一次馬桶和地板，看是否能除味道。 建議蒸氣淋浴間要在水龍頭旁貼上使用方法，以免客人在測試時淋了一身冷水。 還是感謝業者安排比預定更大的房間，還有獨立的戶外景觀，能感受你們重視顧客的感受。 期待日後能有所改善，不再有臭味，會因為服務品質再考慮入住。
