"Good location. kept clean. Property is so old it needs improvements. Appliances need replacement. New paint and mending or even replacement of wood trims can add appropriate appearance. from day one in our stay there was lack of heating. This should had been taken care of prior to our arrival"

However… As many other reviews have said about the Hounslow location… The entry area was filled with trash every day from other businesses. Only one minor flaw was that became se the toilet works on a pump system there is a slight nasty niff from the bathroom, I would suggest some fragrance in the bathroom but as I said this is only a very minor nag.
