Die Villa hat zwei Schlafzimmer ( ein Doppelbett und ein französisches Bett) und eine Schlafcouch. Zusätzlich eine kleine Küchenzeile und zwei Bäder (1xDusche und 1x Duschwanne). Das Appartement ist sauber, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Positiv ist die Klimaanlage im Appartement.
