The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. "The place and rooms were great, the location right next to the street was a bit loud if you have your window or door open (a lot of people rev up their bikes/cars for some reason in the vicinity) but if you close everything you hardly hear it.
