Decent little scottish town, not a great deal to do If we hadnt just come from the Isle of Skye we would have been more impressed. Bars dont take card, so carry cash!

"Second time staying there. Front desk and staff are always very good. I feel the restraunt does lack some other options for food and the bar is very expensive but good place to stay."

Lovely harbour. Castle walk was great and the views were worth the climb. The whole area was interesting and great to explore.

There is not a lot in Tarbert itself but if you do a bit of homework before you go there are lots of places to visit within a 30 min drive in Kintyre.
