"Came for my birthday. Spacious apartment, mostly clean except a lot of the cutlery & plates but I cleaned them myself. Unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t working and I did let them know but nothing was done. Check in and check out was confusing and not reception to ask questions to so had to phone them up multiple times. I don’t believe I’ve had my security deposit back either and it’s been over a week now. Average place."

"The suite was everything we expected and more. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. My only suggestion is to make the hotel sign more visible as you can’t see it at all when driving down the one way street. "My daughter and I stayed here when visiting family in the Liverpool area. We found the area very convenient, with lots of walkable shops, restaurants and bars. It was a very comfortable place to stay, as others have said there is a night club underneath, so if you are a light sleeper Friday and Saturday night you can hear the music, it did not bother us and added to the local color. We used the parking garage with the discount code they supplied and it was a very convenient at a great price....
