This was the best hotel we stayed at on our four island tour. The staff there was super nice and very helpful! The decor and styling didn’t make any sense but was very nice and fun. The space was huge and had a great living room, excellent rooms and a really nice rain shower with excellent hot water. The only downside was the A/C until in the main bedroom wasn’t cooling like it should. The surrounding area is still under construction but as an American visiting Cape Verde for the first time, I’d absolutely stay here again.

"The yelow house is a good starting point for sightseeing the island and relax on the near beach. It is a silent enviroment. Many restaurants reachable by a short walk serve very good food. Very good service from landlord and his friends."
