Nice Hotel. Bit out the way from town centre but buses are frequently and its not a bad walk. Have to get buzzed in and out through electric gates. Not sure y gives u impression u might be in dodgy area. But was fine..

A bit too far from the city center. I had to figure out a bus line, which picks up and drops off several blocks into the nearby neighborhood, not on the way. The walk is at least a half hour. The guy at the front desk was not friendly. He was short and irritable. The room was adequate, with good A/C and hot water. The area felt safe.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Location was OK for me as I like to walk so the 50minute walk to the harbour was OK. Bed was comfortable. Decor was a little dated. Shower was inadequate as there was no hot water and I reported that to the reception staff as I checked out. Parking my motorbike in the gated and locked courtyard at no extra cost was a bonus. Towels supplied were good. Buffet Breakfast was adequate with unlimited coffee.

Friendly staff, great service
The staff were great - welcoming and very helpful. While it’s not in the city centre, it’s easy enough to take a city bus into town, with 2 bus stops right near the hotel. The room was nice and quiet.

Lovely Family-Run Hotel
Staff here are very welcoming, helpful and attentive. They even held on to my phone charger for me which i had forgotten during a previous stay. There is a good parking facility. Rooms are cosy and charming, also very clean. Unpretentious, family-run business - staff clearly proud to provide a great service. Also great for access to motorway en route to Southern Spain from UK. Will definitely return!

Pleasant stay
Nice little hotel, it's older and dated but appropriate for the price point. They have a small parking lot for free but it does fill up. There is also street parking across the street that is hit and miss but not impossible. Breakfast was nice, fresh croissants, cheeses, meats and cappuccino. This is located outside of the city centre so you really do need a car otherwise it's not easy to get around.

Great value for money and very friendly staff! Make sure you ask for a room as far as possible from the main street, otherwise it's pretty hard to sleep well. Cold breakfast only, but really pleasant

Nuestra estadía en este hotel fue excelente! El ambiente es muy acogedor y familiar. La cama estuvo muy cómoda y la habitacion estaba muy limpia, gracias al buen trabajo de Lorena. El desayuno buffet es muy variado y a buen precio, al igual que el restaurante el cual ofrece comida tradicional deliciosa y Eva nos dió un servicio fenomenal procurando que todo estuviera a nuestro gusto. El personal del hotel estaba siempre más que dispuesto a ayudarnos en cualquier cosa. Desde que llegamos, todos nos hicieron sentir como "en casa" gracias también a Nathasha, Arnaldo y Juanjo... muy atentos y profesionales. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.

Llegamos de noche y al entrar a la habitacion avisamos que no se abre la persiana porque tiene la cuerda rota. Cuando le digimos al recepcionista nos dijo que no habia ninguna otra opcion y puso el aire acondicionado a tope ya que el xalor era indescriptible. Tuvimos que dormir con el ruido de un aire viejo y como si no hubiera ventana. Una noche horrible

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Man kann im Hinterhof parken (einfach am Rolltor klingeln). Der Raum war für 3 Leute etwas beengt, aber sehr sauber. Wir haben abends dort im Restaurant gegessen und bei den verschiedenen Angeboten kommt man gut zurecht. Das Frühstück wird als Buffet angeboten und bietet eine gute Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich, sprechen aber überwiegend nur spanisch. Wir sind trotzdem gut miteinander zurecht gekommen.
