"First problem was that the key was only available at the realty office, which was a madhouse at 4pm. There are other ways to organize this; but clearly this realty company doesn't care about their tenants. It's unfortunate that the property management does not maintain this property. A/C was inconsistent on the 2nd floor as well as hot water inadequate. The pool wasn't cleaned or filled with water until the 4th day of our stay. I tested the chemicals & the Cl continued to be extremely high....

"My friends and I went to this property (7 people) in June 2019. We arrived quite early to the house (16:00) and check in was at 17:00 so we waited our contact in the area to come. At 17:00 she didn't came, nor at 18:00 or 19:00. We tried calling her but due to an error, we ended up with a Spanish number with 8 digits, instead of 9 (a number with less than 9 numbers in Spain doesn't exist). "Eingangsbereich mit kaputten Fliesen versehen. Dreckige Küche inkl. dreckigen Geschirr. Kein Licht im Flur (Treppenaufgang). Terrassentür, das Gitter sowie der Rollo war nicht funktionsfähig. Bei Ankunft waren keine Liegen vorhanden, die uns aber nach einer Woche nachgeliefert wurden. Die Couch und die Betten waren dreckig und durchgelegen. Fliegengitter waren teilweise kaputt. Diese Unterkunft können wir leider nicht empfehlen. "

The beach is a short 5 min drive away, and there are many local towns a short distance away including Salou and Barcelona.
