Super friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. All main sights in walking distance. Car park fee included with stay. Excellent breakfast. Felt comfortable and safe as a lone female traveller. Would definitely stay again.

Great property right next to Cavern club, bars with live singers and6 if you are interested sports on tv in most bars. Check in easy and staff great. Breakfast however was chaos, not enough staff, poor Chef trying to get enough food out for fully booked hotel, and trying to cook special requests. Few staff and no enthusiasm to clear tables. When they finally did, a huge trolley came in and they were stacking dirty plates on there. Not the look for a 4 star hotel. We would have been mad if we had paid for breakfast. It was very poor, not the chefs fault. Coffee machines not working. Nightmare. This was the only thing that let this place down. Otherwise it was great.

Had an excellent stay here. The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and really clean. Awesome location within walking distance of the train stations, Albert Dock and Liverpool One. Will definitely come back in the future.

"Had a night away. Choice the hotel for its popularity. The hotel itself is excellent parking is extra on site and cost has just gone upto £10 a day. There is some minor wear and tear to the room we had but the size and quality of the room is excellent. We used Ubers to get into and back to the city ..."
