Saber is a great host, speaks English as if it was his first language. He gave us a map and indicated all things to do and see. Our room was comfortable and beautiful. Great, quiet AC and heat. "Friendly staff and unbeatable location right next to the Médina in a live commercial district, with plenty of food and shopping options. Two minuses. No hot water above the third floor. I was lucky to check before saying OK. And they immediately offered another room. Second - They didn’t realize my booking included a breakfast. To make up for it they really overcharged me on the laundry. So negotiate the rate for miscellaneous services in advance. Otherwise, a nice hotel."

The buildings and grounds were incredible and I loved the attention to detail, including the beautiful flower arrangements on the bed and towels.
