Immaculately clean. Rooms very comfortable. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Kitchen Staff could not be more efficient and welcoming.

Clean tidy and a bit bigger than the usual small rooms we have stayed in. Nice view of the mountains.

コテージに泊まりましたが古いだけでなくすえたようなカビ臭いような匂いが最悪でした。 押入れの布団も臭くて古いし不潔。 掲載されている写真では、トイレ洗面などの水回りやユニットバスもリニューアルされているかのように見えますが、20年前位のかなり古いものでした。いくら夏休み期間とはいえ2泊朝食のみで16万（犬の宿泊は別）に見合うと思えません。ホスピタリティもゼロ。

We stayed for one night. The staff provided excellent service, although they don't speak English well. The room was spacious and clean. There is a kitchen and washing machine with dryer, which are suitable for long stays. 30 mins drive from Karuizawa Station. In winter, the road becomes slippery ...
