I would recommend this property and would definitely stay again. Rooms were good and a decent size. Beds a little hard but that is an Asian hotel thing more than specific to the hotel. Staff were great. Really nothing negative to say. A few other things: Right across the road from the train station with only 3 stops to Tokyo Central. Very handy. If the hotel sends you the 3 options for getting to the hotel by Train, take the go through Tokyo station option as it is a lot less stressful for first timers. There are a few dining options near by. They are hit and miss but unrelated to the hotel. The hotels restaurant is more expensive than the other options but you cannot compare the service and quality. Convenience store in the lobby was handy. Very practical location.

The place is very clean , easy check in process the staffs are very nice . Highly recommended if you are travelling with family .

Excellent location! Quiet, safe and clean. We will definitely come back again! The shopping district when you get off Ueno station is awesome. Plus, you could take a Skyliner straight from Keisei Ueno train station to the NRT airport direct. Can beat that!

The room was very spacious and staff were very friendly.

Very nice property for affordable pricing! It is a walk from train station to train station, but there is a street of restaurants just 5-7 minute walk away from the hotel once you go on the main road. It is tucked away, so you do have to walk more around but it’s still a very nice hotel with nice rooms and good room cleaning service. The hotel staff is also very nice too!
