No minuto em que mencionei que eu e minha mãe não estávamos contentes com as acomodações ele compreendeu perfeitamente e fez tudo o que estava ao seu alcance pra nos satisfazer. Excelente profissional que desempenha o trabalho com muita dedicação! O hotel oferece um café da manhã e jantar delicioso e variado. Funcionários agradáveis e dedicados. O hotel precisa de uma reforma e enxoval novo para combinar com o excelente trabalho que os funcionários desempenham!

Fiquei de sábado em Taubaté. Recepção, manobrista e toda equipe são muito solicitos. Não consumi nada no hotel por isso não tenho como avaliar. O quarto estava limpo e arrumado. Volteria certamente.
