"Cute and modern 3 bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bath with large shower which is not common! We did arrive around 2030 and their were no bath towels, but the caretaker came immediately. The cost of linens and towels and cleaning fee should be built in to the final price but in the fine print it says you must pay in cash this extra amount. "We ran out of toilet paper, called the number and they sent me to a storage where there was no toilet paper. I asked for a solution and was told that there is nothing to do. This is unacceptable. There are many solutions. I asked if they could open a vacant room for me to take toilet paper from there. They said no. Few days later I discovered that the toilet paper was in laundry room and they sent me to the wrong place. You must fix it. If you are a self service you must have a solution for toilet paper refill and know where guest can take it from. Another thing is that you never sent us the code for the garage. Good that we called in advance and asked ourselves. The person didn't know to say if the garage is connected to the hotel but at least gave us the code. Good thing we did it because you never sent it, and when we called on arrival since things didn't work for us initially, no one have answered the phone. Otherwise everything was great."

"off peak season, so grateful for letting me check in at 8am. Great value for the price, room is spacious for solo backpackers, nice mountain view Toilet is clean, bed sheets and blanket are clean but a bit old Breakfast is fine for early birds, Super convenient with both train station and bus stops around, had a really nice time."
