This sunny property is located within a short walk to Bayfair shopping centre and the beautiful Mt Maunganui beach. With a fully fenced sprawling front yard and covered patio it is perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors and games on the lawn knowing the children are secure. Offering three bedrooms and an open plan living area with airconditioning for year round comfort , this really is a home away from home.

The Space:
There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and laundry. An open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen. Parking on the driveway for 1 car and plenty of free parking on the road. You'll enjoy the large fully fenced front yard and covered in patio where you can relax on the outdoor loungesuite which opens off the living area.
Only a short walk to Bayfair via an access with great shopping and eateries. The beach and a great local playground are also within walking distance.
