Welcome to this charming character farmhouse in a "vintage" style of 140 m², ideally located in the heart of the picturesque village of Tavers and its blue waters, between Orléans and Blois to crisscross the Loire Valley region and its castles!

On the ground floor, you will find a laundry room equipped with its tourist point, a separate toilet with washbasin, a step separates the rooms, a large dining room, a fitted kitchen, a living room, a bedroom (1 bed 140 cm) which opens onto toilets and a bathroom,
Upstairs is a large relaxation area with books, games, musical instruments and television, and two bedrooms each with two 90 cm beds and an adjoining bathroom with a toilet.
Heating included and sheets provided. Mandatory cleaning fee for professionals €60.

You can enjoy a closed and flowery courtyard and a garden that brings calm, rest and the pleasure of a barbecue meal.

Closed garage or car access in the courtyard. Your pets are welcome.

[A small clarification, swimming in the Loire is dangerous, therefore FORBIDDEN; at your disposal municipal swimming pools in Beaugency or Mer, and a large body of water with supervised swimming on the Ile Charlemagne in Orléans.]
