Late 19th century stone house renovated in 2016 with fine finishes. Arranged on two floors with a total area of about 180 square meters, it consists of two apartments with independent access but communicating via an internal staircase. The house has two kitchens, two living rooms (one very large of about 50 sq m) 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large terrace on the first floor and a garden on the ground floor. It is located in the center of Taviano, in Salento, 5 km from the Punta pizzo marine island and Sant’Andrea island and from Gallipoli, 100 meters from the railway station and public transport stops, close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Free public parking available near the house. It is possible to rent part of the house with price reduction.

Il signor Marcello è stata davvero una persona gentile ed è stato disponibile a risolvere tutte le nostre esigenze. La casa è in una posizione strategica vicino a Gallipoli. La consiglierei tranquillamente a chi vorrà visitare il Salento.

Sehr sauberes Appertment
Das Haus haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden. Leider konnte man sich nicht draußen in den Garten setzten bzw Frühstücken da er zugewachsen ist. Wäre schöner wenn man im Garten mit Sonnenschutz sitzen könnte. In der oberen entage kann man zwar auf der Terrasse sitzen jedoch fehlt dort auch ein Sonnenschutz um z.B. draußen zu Frühstücken. Das Haus liegt an einer stark befahrenen Strasser. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu meckern alles war vorhanden.

Gerne wieder!
Wir verbrachten dort unseren Urlaub mit 5 Personen . Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich . Taviano wirkt zunächst etwas unscheinbar, aber es lohnt sich den Ort zu erkunden. Eigentlich ist alles vor Ort. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und begegneten viel Hilfsbereitschaft. Für deutsche war die Anreise recht weit und umso wichtiger war uns die Erkundung der wunderschönen Umgebung in Apulien. Daher unsere Tipps. Strand: Mozza! Ort: unbedingt die Altstadt von Gallipoli. Und wer weiter fahren möchte: Lecce ist wunderschön. Otrante hat ein besonderes Flair und wer etwas mutig ist, sollte sich die Grotte der Poesie nicht entgehen lassen. Liegt fast auf dem Weg und lässt sich mit dem Strandbesuch Torre del Orso verbinden. Lieber M. Caputo. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In vielen Reiseunterkünften liegt ein Gästebuch aus, in dem Gäste Tipps und Anregungen weitergeben und natürlich werden dort auch Grüße versendet. Das hätte ich toll gefunden. Apulien war eine Traumreise und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Casa perfetta!!!
Casa recentemente ristrutturata in posizione strategica per raggiungere le più belle spiagge del Salento. A circa 10 min da Gallipoli. Proprietario disponibile e gentile sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Eravamo una comitiva composta da tre famiglie (12 persone in tutto) e siamo stati benissimo, ognuno aveva il suo spazio la sua camera e il suo bagno. Anche la pulizia della casa era ottima. Sicuramente tornerei in questa bellissima casa.
