Very welcoming farming couple who go out their way to make sure everything is OK. Fantastic wholesome farmhouse meals provided. Location is very remote and strongly recommend asking if you can view the old waterwheel during your stay (you'll need a torch!)

A warm welcome on a working farm - no nonsense, no frills just a comfortable, well-appointed room and a hearty breakfast. The drive up the lane is a bit hairy because there are few pulling in points should you meet traffic in the opposite direction but it's worth the risk - beautiful authentic setting, lovely hosts.

Kind and lovely people, lovely chat and they really cared. Very much a spare room in the end of their house with a it’s own bathroom so very homely. Breakfast room was a breakfast room with lots of stuff and a cat (I loved the cat). It’s down a very rough and rocky track in the car. Basically it’s an authentic working farm with some lovely farmers who make a solid breakfast. I’d be back. If you are looking for a polished hotel experience this isn’t for you but for a real life nice people supporting local go for it. Lovely and quiet in the middle of nowhere. Thanks folks. For that price, who can argue

It was a fantastic choice from me, if I do say so myself 😊 it’s out of the way, it’s quiet and there are a few cars, which made me even more happy. The owners are lovely, they are very welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here, and it’s easy to find - after a little bit of direction. Fantastic stay, quiet and it was great to see the high quality stuff f my room, definitely worth the money.
