"I loved my experience staying at KAI. The Osen was lovely; there was also cold sake, green tea, ice cream, hot tea, and many other beverages for guests to enjoy after using the Osen. "I'd never stayed in a ryokan before, but have always heard what it was like. I can confidently say, after being in this one, that ryokans are an exceptional place to relax. "The property was good, but the check-in process was ridiculously over-complicated and extremely annoying. Needing to provide photos of your passports, yourself, all of your guest’s information and then also having a video call is not worth the trouble. And it’s not like this place was cheap. "This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but it exceeds expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was exciting and delicious, and the decor was creative with plants, travel information, and themes of Okinawa.
