"Vistelsen på hotellet var helt OK. Varken den bästa eller sämsta hotellupplevelsen. Trevlig, hjälpsam personal. Vi anlände till hotellet ca 3.30 på morgonen, och hade inte bokat första natten förrän natten därpå, men fick ställa ifrån oss väskorna och få hjälp att boka taxi till Stepantsminda "mitt i natten". Bra service kallar jag det! Hotellfrukosten var helt OK. Inte det största utbudet, men inte heller det minsta. Totalt en fullgod upplevelse att bo på detta hotell. Ganska små hotellrum, men...
