"Great location, it was within walking distance to everything: Grocery store and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Also, within walking distance to RealNZ’s departure point for the Glowworm Cave, Milford & Doubtful Sound adventures. Also, if you have a rent car the drive to Milford Sound is worth the trip and if you’re adventuresome then hike to the waterfalls at the Humboldt Falls.Aside from the great location, there were 3 bedrooms so plenty of room and the kitchen was nicely appointed...

The house is well-equipped with most things that you need for a week; could do with a bit of updating and more crockery/cutlery but it met our needs. Comfortable beds and good shower. It was good to have BBQ, heatpump, outdoor seating, car port, dishwasher and washing line which not always available in other baches. We had a good week of weather in Te Anau and enjoyed our stay. "

"This was an amazing little place to stay. It was clean, easily accessible and the views were absolutely beautiful. The house had everything we needed and there was no issue with the power. We would definitely stay again!"

"The views from the property are stunning, garden is lovely and kitchen good. A few minor things wrong which where communicated to the company but no response. It sleeps 15, but lounge, dining and outside can only cope with 8. TV room is rubbish and sofas uncomfortable and cheap, really needs a tv in lounge and master bedroom. "This was a great spot for our time in Te Anau. We used it as home base to explore the region (hiking, Milford Sound, etc.). Location is hard to beat - very close to the lakeshore, business district, city park, Fiordland DOC Visitor Center and multiple very good restaurants (Ditto, Redcliff, Miles Better Pies). We cooked meals multiple times and the kitchen and pantry were well stocked. Beds were comfortable but not posh. If you are looking for a luxury location, this isn't it. It was...

Shower was nice and had a large jet tub however we did not have time to use it. The breakfasts that we had at the hotel were fine with plenty to eat at buffet style breakfast."
