Nos sorprendió… Buscábamos algo para descansar y nos llevamos la sorpresa de que frente a la habitación hay una mini alberca para pasarla súper a gusto con agua caliente. La atención fue muy buena.

El personal increíble en cuanto a disposición y atención.”! Sin embargo, al lugar le falta mantenimiento para poder considerarse 5 estrellas , en mi opinión. El WIFI no sirve y no hay nada de señal en las habitaciones, solo en la parte de afuera (mar). Es muy tranquilo y está padre para desconectarse de la ciudad.

El desayuno incluido sólo es unas 3 rebanadas de melón y café o jugo que en realidad es refreso de naranja. Si quieres algo mas tendrás que comprarlo y no hay variedad. No hay recepción. Con un poco mas de inversión creo llegará a ser un buen lugar para descanso.

el personal muy amable, el hotel limpio, las habitaciones pequeñas pero comodas, los baños limpios pero muy pequeños, la alberca bonita y atractiva, la playa esta sucia y no tiene mantenimiento, hay un arbol tirado que se ve fatal, en general el hotel esta bien, es una buena opcion si vas con mascotas

No es lo que ofrecen, el clima no funcionó una noche, en la regadera no servía la tarja, en el lavabo igual tardaba el agua para irse, en el baño se pasaba el agua, la regadera casi no cae agua, No hay administración, si deseas algo tienes que andar buscando al personal, basura en la playa y el colmo los restos del huracán de hace 10 años aún están ahí. El servicio en restaurant malo, el empleado que sirvió olía a alcohol. tarifa de 4 estrellas con servicio de 3*, que los dueños inviertan en personal, el que administra, es jardinero, botones, y le hace a todo. Utilizo la plataforma porque considero es seria, pero deben poner mas atención con que hoteles trabajan y que cumplan lo que anuncian .

Cuando llegué con mi familia desde CDMX no tenían registrada mi reservación y días antes había marcado para confirmarla. Adicional de pedir ayuda en la recepción marque al contacto que viene en la app de expedia y me contestó una mujer grosera diciéndome que aunque tuviera itinerario no lo tenían ellos registrados y que no era su problema, le pedí apoyo para que hablará con el encargado de recepción para que nos asignarán habitación y me colgó, fue preocupante el tiempo de espera ya que los hoteles de alrededor estaban más descuidados y cuando por fin me asignaron una habitación fue más cara que la que había reservado pero la tuve que aceptar porque ya habíamos manejado por horas para llegar a nuestro destino.
