"Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. "Great hotel for the value to stay in night before and night after my hike. They stored my luggage in between. Check in desk was friendly. Room was nice and clean. First room was a single and very small, but do-able for one person. Second room was same price but slightly larger and easier to maneuver. They provide free water bottles and coffee which is nice. "

"The room was basic but fine. On an internal courtyard near to stair so the noise of other guests talking-when coming in during the evening/night was considerable. The rooftop restaurant is beautiful, with a clear view of all the volcanoes today. The “incluido” breakfast was excellent. Staff was helpful with arranging my shuttle to the lake. I will come back."
