"What a wonderful place. The apartment was clean and airy with a balcony to enjoy having a meal,glass of wine or coffee. Everything you need in the kitchenette apart from a frying pan and or a saucepan(just a huge cooking pot). Only down side is there isn't any Aircon in the room so it's very hard to sleep in the night- the mobile fan just moves the warm air around. Spa is wonderful!!! Our favourite place across our trip in Spain and France. Would visit again. "

"I had not properly read that there would be no towels. We have not experienced this before. We had arrived by air so carrying those is not practical. Thankfully we were close to friends who helped us or we could not have had a shower after our long journey as there were no shops near. I wish they would be provided for other travellers like ourselves. We were told it was because of Covid but bed linen was provided and we could not understand the difference! Everything else was perfect."

"A clean and cosy Gite with a helpful owner who was available to answer questions and help during our stay. The upstairs has a lovely bright double bedroom, twin room and sitting area. The bathroom is bright and modern. Downstairs are two further rooms, a shower room and WC. The kitchen is well equipped. Outside there are plenty of areas to sit, with shade when needed. "Three of us stayed here for a fortnight. Wonderful host. The property was fairly new, clean and comfortable. Could do with some more hooks to hang things on. It’s rural setting is lovely and we really enjoyed our drinks and cheese outside on the deck in the evenings watching the sunset. "This chalet has a lovely view of the lake and the wooded hills. A lovely view at breakfast and during the evening meal. The chalet was very well appointed with all necessary utensils. While I loved the lake, trips to Puy de Dome and Massif de Sancy were also within an hour's drive. All in all a lovely introduction to the Auvergne."

"Great location and quiet for this town. Easy parking and comfortable rooms. There needs a bit of work to clean up patio area, shabby furniture left randomly, unused unkempt barbecue, dog mess from hotel dog on lawn…but all could be easily addressed. Pool area open to children until 10pm so can be noisy until then and seems unnecessarily late! gym equipment limited and cramped. Overall would recommend though."
