"A great place to return to after a busy day out. I was looking for a place to relax and this home was PERFECT! Listening to the water out the back was a wonderful addition to my morning coffee on the deck. Richard and Diane are wonderful hosts and were available my entire time for anything I needed and were more than helpful with my needs. A wonderful stay and highly recommend!"

"We stayed only 2 short nights, but it really was perfect! The weather allowed us to enjoy the screen porch and windows open all night to hear the river and falls -- so relaxing and quite magical!! We were able to fish a little and take some nice walks around the property with our dog -- no leash, its so nice!! The cabin is super comfortable with everything you need, lots of nice touches that made me feel at home!! This is definitely a place to come if you love nature and quiet, peaceful...

"Gary & Patti's cabin was perfect for a group of 4 friends. We went on a fly fishing trip on the South Holston river, and it was close enough to get an early start on the day. The cabin itself is great. Plenty of room and Wifi/streaming worked well. We used the grill and the fire pit a lot. It was secluded with plenty of fun amenities. Would highly recommend if you want an outdoor stay with modern amenities! Property manager, Phil, was great :)"

The hostess went above & beyond to help us settle in & provided food & even some birthday surprises on my birthday! The Greenbelt Trail is nearby & we brought our bicycles, which we were given access to the garage to store them in during our visit. We had an excellent stay here & highly recommend! "

I haven't communicated with the owner on any of this, as nothing was critical enough to warrant calling them at the time. So I'm sure it's already been corrected. "We booked the Cabin before we knew that the hurricane Helene would hit the area. I must point out that for the whole week before we arrived, Roy (owner) was in contact with us and helped us and brought us all the options. We decided that we did want to come, and it was the best decision we made. May gave us all the information and was in contact with us during our stay. "This carriage house was to darn cute! Exactly what the listing says. The charm of the place adds to its character! The host was very attentive to our needs. The house is very well stocked, which was a pleasant surprise. If you are bringing children, they have a high chair, pack and play, baby bathtub, plastic dinnerware for the kids. "The property has a beautiful view off the deck, with a nice gas outdoor fire pit that we all sat around laughing and making memories. The property was decorated with a beautiful tall Christmas tree and other decor. The indoor fireplace was cozy as well and it was labeled for all your necessities. The sound of the little branch and wildlife was a blessing to see and hear as well! Great getaway for a group!!! "
