"Privacy in a large 400m2 green walled garden villa with pool. Quiet. The twice daily room clean conducted whilst you were dining was above and beyond many very expensive properties we have stayed in. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant was good with an Indonesian menu. This property is away from the beach area and restaurants but they do provide transport free of charge to get you there and back. For a restful experience we highly recommend it."

"beautiful property. People are friendly. lovely pool. our 303 villa is gorgeous. the recommendation from a lady manager? to restaurant Begawan Biji was unexpectedly enjoyable. We didn't get to see UNESCO rice terrace due to big crowd, so the visit to this restaurant made us feel better..really enjoy our massage experience (love the flower bowl underneath head pc, so can stare at flower, instead of ground). "I cannot say enough good things. The staff really made our stay. So friendly and welcoming. Especially Wai Yan (sp?) who made delicious happy hour drinks at the poolside bar. I feel like I made a new friend as we had several great discussions! The pool is beautiful and very quiet (we were there in low season - Feb) the breakfast was also incredible and so was room service. "An absolute must do for any animal lovers or families with kids! We had an amazing experience - African animals roaming around just outside your bedroom, safari tour, infinity pool, animal shows, breakfast with the lions and meerkats, friendly staff - what’s not to love! "

"The staff is really attentive to ALL of your needs. All staff was professional and if they didn't have the answer they were eager to get it for you. Lia, Warwan, Dewa, Risky, and Wendhi, are what make this property a truly mesmerizing experience for your trip. They go above and beyond providing you with exemplary customer service. These 5 people make this proerty what it is. Very clean rooms, and property. The restaurants provide a wide array of choices and the views are to die for. We definitely will be returning. "

"The service at this place is 100 out of 10. The property itself is so beautiful but what takes it to the next level is the wonderful staff. Everyone at this place goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. The food at Deeva restaurant is outstanding. Shout out to the superstars who made my stay here so wonderful : First I would like to mention my driver Putra who has far exceeded my expectations. I have a problem with my knees and can not climb too many stairs. But my driver assisted me in every step of the way, and it was only because of him that I was able to explore so many wonderful places which I could not explore on my own. Putra, I want you to know that your kindness has not gone unappreciated. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your exceptional service. And every time I come to Ubud, I want you to be my driver. The other person I wanted to mention is Listia, who made me feel so welcomed when I first entered the property. She went above and beyond to make sure that my room is to my liking. Truly exceptional service that I have not seen anywhere else. Listia, I want you to know that your efforts have made a huge impact and I truly appreciate everything that you have done for me. Every single person here is an absolute gem and their service is truly praiseworthy.
