"DRURY Hotel stay was great. Had a two room accommodation. Living room was big, bed room was spacious. Very clean and well maintained... The bed was comfortable and clean as were the pillows. The bathroom was also big. The shower head was powerful, non of the BS low usage nonsense... Would definitely stay here again..."

"Place was decent for a one night stay. There were a few problems with the bathroom. We only had one set of towels for the two of us and the towel racks were clear across the room from the tub and sink. Other than that the place was fine. Room was clean, bed ok. Breakfast was nice, scrambled eggs, sausage, a waffle iron, cereals, muffins, etc."

"We have stayed at this property for three years while our son attends ASU. We have noticed that the cleanliness has declined considerably. The floors were not vacuumed on floor two the entire time we stayed Feb 6-9th. The room we stayed in (226) had dust on the baseboards and the sink plunger was broken. There are many choices in Tempe but we choose to stay at The Hyatt. I hope this is something that can be resolved"

"Great stay....i just dont understand the 20% gratuity for service at dinner ....its NOT credible...it doesnt make sense....for room service i understand it Not at dinner. $42 dollar vip parking fee. Travel fee $31 or $36 NOT necessary....what does the hotel pay for????? Why am i paying so many extra fees. Sorry i wont be staying here again and i will steer all my friends away from here or at least warn them of All the extra fees. Time to go see if the other hotels are the same?!"
