"Our experience with Vlassis had started with miscommunication. I booked a Standard room for 3 adults, but when we arrived we were told that there was the room for 2 adults only. Thanks to my Greek friends and Hotel Owner Maria, we were given the room for 3 adults for 6 days, but then we were asked to move into smaller room. But again it was miscommunication. In terms of location, the hotel is placed in a very quite area, close to two beaches, has restaurant and bar, room service was very good....

"It's the only hotel in the area and when I first saw it I thought 'The Bates Motel' but after the first night, it felt charming; from a bygone era. "If you expect a spa-like bathroom and a jacuzzi it will probably not be for you, but it is absolutely perfect if you are happy with the simple life. We had a fantastic week of swimming relaxing in the sun and just winding down. The sunrise from the balcony is a highlight!"

"We received no feedback from the hotel to any of our questions before arriving, and after a nightmare journey through tiny streets we eventually found the hotel which was closed. We were stuck on the top of a mountain on our wedding anniversary with no accommodation. Fortunately we were finally able to find another hotel 60 miles away at the Avanti Resort which was amazing and very accommodating."
