"The customer service is second to none. I cannot compliment this hotel enough. Prompt fridndly check in, super vlean favilities with a quaint comfortable bedroom. The chef is excellent (mh brother is a chef snd havinv lived in aasia im picky sith Asian cusine setved out of the continent. It was outstanding). The waiting staff were very professional and friendly. I had only intended on staying a night and booked a second because of the great setvice"

"Elm House is like being the lady of the manor for a few days! Beautiful home cooked food, elegant rooms, a lovely lounge where you can have tea or play board games. The staff are lovely really helpful and full of local knowledge but not over bearing. Croquet on the lawn was great fun. The gardens are lovely full of secret spots to relax in. Lots of nearby interesting places to visit."

"Due to caring responsibilities I'd not had a holiday in nearly 10 years. The need for a break overcome the anxiety going solo, I need not have worried as 4 other guests were as well! I had a fantastic time, lovely welcome from Rob, good breakfast and I was well looked after by Jan, as she did with all her guests. My room was lovely and soooo clean, brilliant white bedding and towels. Tenby is simply beautiful, I have been many times as a child and adult. Jan, I hope to be back for a visit in October!"
