HOUSE DESCRIPTION
This delightful Victorian terraced townhouse/cottage is perfectly located in the middle of the quaint and charming old Town of Tenby with its cobbled streets, sandy beaches, colorful bustling harbor, shops, cafes, bars, Art Galleries, and restaurants. The History of the town is evident all around. A walled town built by the Normans, it was last fortified when the Spanish Armada attacked! It is also just a 5-minute stroll to the stunning award-winning Blue Flagged South Beach.
The house is cozy and comfortable, with lovely modern bathrooms and quality bed linen and towels. A home from home with everything you need to relax and unwind.
The house features 3 bedrooms and a shower room on the first floor. On the ground floor is a spacious sitting room/dining room. The dining room contains a large table, perfect for entertaining or enjoying a family meal together after a relaxing day on the beaches around Tenby. A full-sized luxury bathroom with a bath/rain shower and a lit mirror can be found on the ground floor also. There is a well-equipped kitchen for those that enjoy cooking. Sainsbury’s is just 5 minute walk from the house for all your catering supplies.
Alternatively, you can head out to the garden where you can sit and enjoy some food or relax and watch the sunset with a cocktail before heading into town to sample the local fayre!
The variety and quality of restaurants in Tenby continue to impress. There are some great reviews of places to eat on:

My personal favorites are mentioned in the manual for the house on arrival.
Born and bred in Tenby, though no longer living here, my love for this special place appears to be contagious! We have had fantastic and enthusiastic reviews for both Tenby and the house from our guests, who continue to book with us again and again. One of our regulars has been every summer for the last 7 years!! Several guests have visited earlier in the year and re-booked for an Autumnal respite they have so enjoyed the house.
There are so many lovely places to visit both in Tenby and in the surrounding areas. The quality of the beaches exceeds all expectations - a fact supported by the number of awards that allow it to compete with the best beaches in the world! Barafundle Bay was voted 17th in the World's Top 25 Beaches by Passport Magazine beating Sydney’s Bondi Beach and the iconic Copacabana in Rio!
Children's entertainment includes plenty of theme Parks such as Folly Farm, Oakwood, and Heatherton World of Activities amongst others. The Pembrokeshire National Coastal Path offers stunningly beautiful hikes and views. Equally being close to the sea there are boats and fishing to enjoy and of course, a trip to the delightful Caldey Island with its ancient culture, beauty, history, and famous Monks - is a must.
24 Culver Park is an ideally placed Cottage to access all of the above, easily and in comfort!
Please have a look at our40+ 5-star reviews. All of the appliances are good quality and we endeavor to ensure that everything in the house is to a standard that means that we can enjoy it ourselves, so comfort and practicality are a priority. Previous guests have complimented us many times on how comfortable the Cottage is with everything needed at hand.
We look forward to showing just how lovely Tenby is! :)
* Please note we only accept bookings in weekly increments from Easter until the end of October.
We take a small nominal deposit of £100 for your stay. This is returned 2 weeks after you leave. We have never kept any deposits or parts thereof, but we had a very bad experience with a guest last year who broke several items and left the house like a Pig-stye. This is when we decided to implement the deposit. This a just a gentle reminder for you to respect the Cottage, and treat it as you would your own home. :)
* PARKING: You can purchase a visitor parking permit from the local council for £50 per week. This allows you to park on the street outside the cottage. If you want one I apply for it as a courtesy to our guests to save them the hassle. You do need to allow 4 weeks for this, as the council gets very busy with them, so make sure you let me know well in advance if you need one. :)
