You enter Maytree Cottage into the light and airy kitchen with everything needed to cook for you and your guests. Maytree Cottage benefits from two living areas both offering ample comfy seating to kick back and relax with flat screen TV's and fireplaces. Heading upstairs you will find the four bedrooms. The master bedroom sits at the back of the property boasting a double bed and an en-suite bathroom consisting of a full size walk in shower, toilet and hand basin. The second bedroom also has a double bed, the third a beautiful twin room and the final hosting bunk beds making Maytree Cottage the ideal property for the family holiday. The family bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet and hand basin. Maytree Cottage benefits from outdoor space including a patio area, three tiered private garden ideal for BBQing and sunbathing and a large garden directly opposite the property. There is also off street parking for this property. Please note: There is a bunkbed in the master bedroom that is not advertised for guests.

Fab family holiday
The house was great. There was plenty of room but also felt cosy. The location was amazing: being so close to town and the fantastic south beach but also feeling quiet and peaceful.
