"We stayed here for a week in early July and had a fantastic holiday. Hans and Anna are perfect hosts, cheerful, friendly and very welcoming, and and their garden apartment that we stayed in was immaculate and fully equipped with everything that anyone would ever need. The apartment is in a beautiful village with a bakery, bank, several good places to eat and drink and a supermarket. "The pictures do not do this place justice. The owners are wonderful, the available amenities excellent and the property caters to everything we wanted. Everything was spotless, and as a group of 7, there is loads of room for everyone. We really cannot rate this property and the owners highly enough. We will be looking to rebook in the future."

"Nice quiet village to stay in. Most everything we needed was there, just missing a few things in the kitchen but we managed without. No printed house rules or instructions that we could find. Luckily we've lived in Germany the past 10 years (we're Americans) so we know what to expect for trash, quiet hours, etc."

"We have just enjoyed 4 nights in the apartment (more like a one floor cottage) with the most spectacular views. The owners were very helpful and the property was spotlessly clean and set in beautiful gardens. We ate on the balcony and enjoyed the vista. Everything was exactly as you would wish for with modern design and lovely beams. I can highly recommend this apartment and the surrounding area was stunning. We wish we had booked for a week. We will definitely be back to enjoy more of the Black...

"We hadden een prima week in dit prachtige huis in Dornstetten. Van alle gemakken voorzien incl hot tub en sauna. Het was heel ruim voor ons gezin van 6 personen, alle keukenapparatuur was aanwezig, er was hout (betaling per mand) voor de houtkachel en hot tub. Badkamers waren schoon en netjes. Communicatie met eigenaar ging heel soepel, vragen werden direct beantwoord, en ze was heel aardig en efficiënt. Een topweek was het resultaat. "

"The front desk lady that checked us in was very nice. Limited parking out front, but it’s free and we got a spot. Rooms are nice, though a little dated. Slow internet, but you’re in the heart of the Black Forrest so it is what it is. Overall great location and friendly staff. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Easy short drive to the buses for the Christmas market too!"

"Wir waren mit 20 Personen in der Unterkunft um unser Sommerfest zu feiern. Die Lage ist super, 5min mit dem Auto vom Südufer des Kirnbergsees entfernt.
